OUP August Conference – Brno 26 August 2026 This summer I am presenting at the Oxford University Press “For the Love of Teaching” conference in Brno. The same session also runs in Prague the following day, on 27 August. Debate Training In this training, you’ll learn the rules of debate and how to judge a debate in your English classroom, plus a wide range of games and ideas to get your pupils actively involved. Debate is built on a growth mindset and core skills: collaboration, creativity, critical thinking, and communication.
